Well it'd be hard to get it any slower than it already is... But no, adding a PCI card will not make it any slower.

yes. depends on the type of PCI card it might verify. because you have use the corresponding software for the PCI card. the more you use the more it might get slower.

umm no it wont get slower but ur computer is slow already upgrade to atleast pentium 4 and upgrade ur ram
