Hypothetical question: Would you cut off the last quarter inch of your left pinky finger for 25 million US Dollars?

The money is guaranteed, paid in any way you like, and doctors will tend to you after you finish the cut.

Yes, YOU have to do the cut, some anaesthesia is available...but there will be no escaping most of the pain...

Would you do it?

YEP!! I would do it for 25 million bucks! (As you say, if it was absolutely guaranteed with no strings attached, other than I lose part of my digit).

I wouldnt miss that little bit of finger, well, maybe for typing, but, I could fix a piece of wood over the stump for typing LOL!

Its something I wouldnt miss and if I did, I could hire some one to do what ever it was I needed done, so I wouldnt have to use my hands, and besides, at my age, and health, it would be nice to just relax and take in some scenery before I kick off...

I wish you well...

Jesse

A quarter inch is nothing. You'd still have full functionality of your finger, it would just be a little bit shorter than the one on your other hand.

Yes, I'd do it.

Yes, no problem with that whatsoever. I would do the cut myself with glee at the thought of being $25million better off.

Quite the opposite. If I was missing the tip of my finger, and had 25M,I would gladly pay to have it repaired.

No. My ex-boyfriend did, thinking he'd get a huge worker's comp settlement. They could never prove he did it on purpose but they determined he could still work and he didn't get squat!!! What an idiot! That's why he's an ex.

I'd want to do it, but I probably wouldn't be able to go through with it when the time comes.
