still suffering from sleep deprevation when we altered the clocks, is anyone else?

i am all at sea someone told me that clocks went forward 1 hour but watches went back an hour and i keep missing my favourite t v programmes

No if anything im finding it easier!
Try taking a sleeping pill for a few nights.
If you get into a pattern you should be ok. It takes 3 days to re set you natural body clock!

Oh come on. It's just one hour. It's not like the clocks switch from day to night or something. I'm not even from England and I'm used to it by now....
