(On a Wednesday morning, for a guy who drives freeway exclusively? Was one outside your house and the other outside work?)

I lived in California for a lengthy time period, and lamest yet maximum widely huge-spread excuse for being late - or blowing some thing off completely - is "Dude, I flaked." as if that replaced into suited. in no way were given used to that.

His fingers were crushed by a car door and he drove himself to the hospital (Apparently he drove with only two fingers.) where multiple doctors took his minor injury as a big deal. He was hospitalized for two days.
The next three days after that he went on a golfing trip in California? I wonder how he got there after his hospitilazation? By the way he lives in ohio.

This guy that I work with, called in for work one day and said he couldn't be in, because his tire's were frozen to the ground, I might have half *** believed his excuse, but being that it was 40 degrees, it was hard to.

My tom, I mean my cat had kittens !
My mother-in-law accidentally threw herself down the stairs and required first aid.
The traffic was a killer this morning. ( But you always catch the subway.)
I think I'm coming down with something. ( Well are you or not?)
I've used them all although the success rate varies.

One of my employees called in to say that she couldn't come in to work because her boyfriend beat her up.
I just stood there and looked at the phone...
