If you put your meat in that warm place for a long enough time it will make it's own juices and get tender...lol

Yes, very gently at first and the a little faster until the juices start running from it, then I like to lick the juices up so they aren't wasted.
Hey I don't like tough steaks, I like hard steaks about 8" or so.
Then I like to press it in a special device made just for meat, till its juices run again.

first I spread tenderizer on the meat, then I firmly rub it. and then I fork it. Over and over again as hard as I can. The fork really tenderizes the meat. then just throw it on the grill and its good to go!

I have a special meat tenderizer and it makes the meat really moist. If you want, I could use my special tenderizer and show you....

I'm a female, and I want to answer. But I don't want to talk about what I do with my meat if you're only curious about male meat.
