I've not come across ANY truly thought provoking questions yet! Most have been every bit as "thought provoking" as this one is.

Unfortunately, people dont tend to ask thought-provoking, insightful questions. In contrast, many ask really stupid, simple questions. Especially ones that you can just google or an answer. Then again, this is not really a forum for higher learning and education. But it would be nice to raise the bar a bit.
