Because sometimes things get moved from their place, and while they are away, something else comes along and takes that place so then you have to find a place for the other thing that was originally in that place but the new place already has a thing in it so you have to buy a bigger place with more places and the more places you have, the more things you get to put in those places and then something gets moved and they whole cycles starts over again. . . . . . . .

The natural state of the universe is to be in entropy or complete disorder or chaos. This "chaos" is the "place" for the universe. Thus, in order for the universe to be in place, everything else has to be out of place. Since the little people never matter, only the importance of the universe is considered. Thus, not everything is in its place.

There sure is, the only problem is remembering which place you put it and I'm sure the right place for tea bags is not the fridge but that's where I found them last week.
Do you ever put something in a safe place and then when you need it you can't remember where the safe place is and when you are not looking for it you find it and wonder why on earth you put it there in the first place?

Gary, this is not a very profound thought to be engrossed with. Get on with your life and everything which is either in its place or not in its place will no doubt get on with its life. No star. Sorry. This would just be encouragement to be further engrossed.

Beacuse we have become a nation of lazy people who cannot be bothered to tidy up after ourselves and will expect everyone else to do it instead.
