Cool "CHIK" or woman as they prefer to be called is hot. People that are cool are fun to be around and have a great personality. That makes them hot to me. A hot woman might be so stuck on herself that she wont give you the time of day because she thinks she is better than everyone else that is very unattractive and uncool. I know not all hot woman are like this though.

Depends. Much of the time, its yes to both.
Exceptions do exist, however, when cool gals aren't, well, "hot."
Also, quite often, "hot" chicks = anal-retentive b***hes
