It used to be purely physical and that got me into a lot of trouble because I would wind up with guys that knew they were good looking and would make me feel like I didn't deserve them or I wasn't pretty enough to be with them.
When I met my husband, he's not BAD looking, just not the type of guy I usually dated. Something about him made me feel safe, though. And beautiful. And all this time later he still does.

The physical appearence is secondary.... it's the way they act first, then i start checking out the physical after if it's a man that is.

Before you meet somone may i surgest that you take some time out and just discover as to who you are, Think about just where you want to go , and what yo really need .So what am i saying to you .i think that one can discover more about yourself as to your physical appearance ,this way you will observe and your views plus your responses to. then you can think about the way as to the way the person will react to you. It might be a good idea to trust your own intruition as to the way the person will react to you . good luck

The way they act. They can be the most physically attractive person in the world but if they are brain dead I don't want to be around them.

First impressions always count, but I do concentrate on how they act towards me. You can get nice and nasty hot and ugly people!

I concentrate on the sincerity in their eyes. Looks are superficial, it's the heart that counts.
