He is simply an idealist. He says he prays and than makes his decisions. I think he makes a decision and prays it works. And no I'm not a liberal. I'm a realist.

Sweetie, I have often wondered this myself. Good question. I myself am a liberal democrat. I have some wonderful friends and many relatives who are very big GWB supporters. I respect my friends and I figure that they just see something I don't. I hope with all my heart that Mr. Bush is an idealist and that he simply believes in those who advise him. Because if he is a realist with eyes wide open then the implications of that would break my friend's hearts. I really don't want that either, insightful question - have a good day -k-

Idealist. Because he does not understand what mentality he is dealing with in the War. when you have groups of people that would rather die than become the enemy or a servant to American imperialism then we find ourselves smack dab in another Vietnam. you can not forcibly change the beliefs of people even if you think they are wrong, no matter how much you feel we are the good guy, thay still hate us.

GWB is an idealist. Ideally he'd like to spread democracy (and plunder oil) in Iraq. REALISTICALLY, this isn't happening. So I guess he's an idealist. And an idiot.

Idealist. If everything had worked according to his best case scenerio plan, his middle eastern policy would have been great. Unfortunately, it was idiotic to think it would actually work.

Idealist, nothing he has done has been based on fact or rational thought. He rules based on his "feelings" and his "faith".

Anyone else find it disturbing that he thinks God told him to invade Iraq?
