How much money did Anna Nicole Smith leave for her baby? (and now Larry Birkhead)

every one who has said 500 million and above is unequivocally WRONG.
Anna Nicole Smith did not have the type of money people have speculated she has. Her will is yet to be probated but it will not be in the regions that have been speculated on.
1) the 500 million dollar amount was supposedly to have come from her deceased billionaire husband. Problem- he never included her in his will. He had promised her 8 million plus property he bought for her. greed got her in trouble. His existing family have vowed to keep on fighting her estate until no one is left alive. Some one also did analysis and it showed she will eventually come out the loser. When she went to the USSC it was to get the opportunity to continue to fight not get the money.
2) The interviews, video tapes like the clown one was to help her make money.
3) Technically she left NOTHING to her daughter, her will left everything to Daniel and in sections of the will, it disowned any "future" children and in some it covered a future child. The will might be vacated because of that and she will essentially have died "intestate", without a will.
4) Larry Birkhead gets nothing. If this his handled correctly, any money derived from Anna Nicole' death would be put in a trust for the baby. Larry can make money from the sale of his images of her such as the well known "Marilyn Monroe lookalike photo" which he took.

It has been said that she was worth over $400 million. The estate from Howard Marshall has not yet been settled so there still can be $$$ coming from there as well. To the ones that said she had no $$$, how was she living & how was she buying a yacht the day she died?? The $$ will not go to Larry. The courts will over see that $$ and of course he will be aloted a certain amount for the care of Dannielynn.

Anna had NO money at all. IF they win the law suit the baby will get A LOT.

I think they said on TV around 500 million but that money was from her late husband and they are still fighting over that! Have a nice day!

I think it was something like 6 or 9 billion... I am not sure which number... But don't forget all this money is from her late husband the oil tycoon.

sturdy quesiton. i think of section could settle for to the toddler because of the fact she is only an harmless new child which will develop up and not using a mom. the different section could pass to Marshell's family contributors.
