My windows are open. Should I turn on the heater or the air conditioner?

Febreeze works well. If you dont have any of that, get a spray bottle-1 part vodka to like 2or 3 parts water and spritz away. Do some laundry, vacuum, etc.

What kind of stink is it? If it is from gym shoes or something like that spray the affected area with Frebreeze and open the windows. You might also want to open one of those gel air fresheners and place that somewhere. If it is a musty smell, you may need to get a dehumidifier. Open the windows and air it out good. Shut your vents and close the doors.

Any air will flush the stink. But keep the room clean and use some deodorant. take bath regularly and wash clothes.

clean your room first to find what stinks then spray some febreeze. then switch your aircon.
