(not all the time,I mean in parties, school, but not in home.)I wonder if it's the problem which made my breasts grow slower than the others. But I feel i'm going to be stronger now, cause my period finished in 10 days before, but now it finished in 8 days. And in these days I feel that my breasts are going to be a little bigger, but I'm afraid of my breasts stay small(not very small, they are not big as my friends breasts are) for the rest of my life!please help.

It's normal for them to be bigger sometimes alot bigger, when i have my period i need some extra bras in bigger sizes which pretty much sucks cause im already an F cup and when i have my period they kind of come out the top of it.
Tight bras won't stop your breasts from growing, you're body is going to grow no matter what, but if you are still growing and wearing bras too tight for you, it won't look good and it will hurt.
Buy a push up bra or padded bra and get fitted by a professional in at least one store.

Not it is not that case. Wearing a tight bras is just to keep your breasts firm. With growing age, your breasts also will grow in size. If your family member have small breasts, there might be that you too may have the same size. Before your mense you will notice that your breasts and part of your body increases in size. But after the period it returns to normal. And your breasts tend to have pain. This is normal.

the best way for you is to get fitted for the right bra. I went to JC Penney and they have ladys in the bra department that will measure you and get you into the right bra. You could buy a nice pushup bra for you to increase the look of size in your breasts. Breasts are usually just a little bigger during your periods beause of all the bloating . Which is normal. But i went for a propper fitting and I am so happy that I did . But i still wont be able to fit into Victorias Secret bras , where you might fit nicely in .
So go and get measured ! If you are still a tennager then your breasts will still grow a little more . At least by the time you are married and have your children , don't worry they will increase their size au naturelle!

LOL...when I was younger my grandma was going through my closet...and looked through my stuff...and discovered the type of bras I was wearing (sport bras mainly). She theorized that it was keeping me from "growing". So she took me bra shopping the next day. She bought me nice ones that provided my support and were confortable enough. They weren't tight like my sport bras. After a year...I DEFINITELY GREW! LOL...maybe the sport bra did keep me from growing. It could be your diet that's keeping you from growing. But genetics plays a big role too. Don't worry, people with large breasts wish they were smaller, and people with small breats wish they were bigger. It's how the world is! LOL!

You breasts are going to grow to the size your family genetics makes them. Wearing, or not wearing a bra can't change it. Neither can pills, creams, exercises, or how you sleep. Wearing a bra, even to sleep at night, has been shown to reduced the sag that comes with age. Yes, they will sag... and yes... even if your breasts are small.

Tight bras do not account for how big or small your breasts are.

You should be wearing comfortable bras, not tight ones.

Tight ones should only be used for working out.

Trust me, they will get to the size they want to be...tight bras will only provide discomfort.
