In the above context, nope. (Bleh) As it was originally used, I don't know. Is it the same as motor- mouth? I have that! I really do not understand the term as it applies to emails, etc. For instance, right now, as I type, the is an admonishment from Yahoo! Answers requesting No spam Please! I don't "get" it.
