With no more info than you have provided I'm guessing a flat spot in your jetting. The engine is hitting either a flat spot or is too rich when making the transition from either the pilot to the needle jet, or the needle to the main jet.

Got any other symptoms or a better description so that we can have a little more info in order to try and help?

Usually some nitwit deciding to file down the ports thinking they can do a better job than the factory. It can also be a vacuum leak in the boot or a clogged midrange jet.

Might need a throtle adjustment, on the pull side. you have 2 cables, one push, one pull.
