i have an austin metro and dont understand one of the dashboard warning lights...?

i know all of the other lights but this one i dont know... it goes off with the brake lights when i take the handbrake off.. its yellow lit and its a solid circle with 3 lights following the circle at places: 10, 9, 8 o'clock and 2, 3, 4 o'clock... any help??? theres no problem with the car its just that if this light comes on i wont no what it means.. thanks!

sorry it doesnt have 3 lights on each side it has 3 lines***
