Ok don't panic! LoL =)

Conclusion is basically a summary of what happened during your experiment and with your results from the experiment, what can be deduced/derived with like a definite statement e.g. Therefore, copper only reacts with hydrogen or something like that.

Where as the Evaluation means you go through your steps and analyse what you have done. Did you follow the procedures and steps? What did you do wrong? How you could have done better? If you were to repeat the experiment, would you change any part of it? Just list out various poosibilities for improvement and you should be fine.

I hope this helps ^.^

Evaluation is where you talk about what happened (i.e. "to sum up.....") so in this case you would say what you did, could have done better etc. etc.

the conclusion is where you write about what you found out in the experiment. like summarise the results.

evaluation and conclusion can take both the above, which basically means you dont have to do the evaluation just about the experiment or the conclusion about the results. either can be either (if that makes sense). in general, i put the evaluation as how the experiment went and wha i found out, but the conclusion as what i overall found out (e.g. in conclusion i found out that the more the [[something]] the faster the rate of [[something else]])

hope this helps. best of luck.

Wen conducting an experiment an ordered approach is required:

OBJECTiVE: State what the aim of the experiment is.

APPARATUS: List the apparatus which will be used during the experiment.

METHOD: Describe how the experiment is carried out.

EVALUATION: Collating the RESULTS of the experiment and carrying out any CALCULATIONS where required.

CONCLUSION: Comment on the OBJECTIVE. Was the experiment a success? Was the result within the limits of experimental error? Give your comments on the validity of the experiment. If the experiment was unsuccessful state the reasons why the experiment failed.

Evaluation is how well the experiment worked that is did it give you any info into what it was supposed to. Conclusion is what it told you.
