Wouldn't recommend. Powertrain was designed for AWD and you will be placing 100% of the stress & strain on the rear components. I imagine you are trying to save gas or would like to burn rubber, but don't do it.

sell the ram, buy a rwd truck

it'll be cheaper, and less hazardous to your health

if you live in snowy areas, drive with some weights in the bed to help with grip when the road is wet
