getting emails from strangers from yahoo answers?

Not at all. It's more personel...telling me the person really cares and is not just doing it to earn 2 points. I recieved this great email from someone that really meant alot to me.
What does it matter if you get a reply via answers or email........YOU asked the question either way.

only one that I received set me off guard a little but I just didn't respond to it and "it" went away. I have both options turned off so no one can see my actual email address. Most have come from an authentically good place in people's hearts. Someone wanted to extend a thanks after I responded to their post and a woman once wanted to see if my daughter's eye's stye had "popped". I didn't mind those- it gives me faith in the human race. It's not JUST a bunch of wackos out there that rape, murder, steal, etc...

Yes, I do, I usually do not answer them and just delete them, one near fatal attraction was enough from online. =)
