Surely his officers in charge of him would like to know what he is up to.

Would they want to know what is REALLY happening or would I just look like a tattle-tail? He is lying to those in charge of him.

Contact his CO (Commanding Officer) and make a formal complaint. The Military is VERY efficient at policing its own.

Call the base and ask to speak to his Commanding Officer. Tell him or her what is going on and that you want your money.
It would not be "tattling", but who cares if it is cause if you have the right to the money, they will take it automatically from his paycheck and give it to you.

Work your way up the chain, if nobody listens to your demand, I wouldn't hesitate to cotnact the NCIS.

Got a phone book? Try your local police, FBI, or even (dare I say it?) NCIS.

But our military are all heroes! They are all great guys fighting for our freedom. According to Foxnews that is. They cant do anything wrong. Once you slap on that uniform you are Superman!
