I believe it is "Spider". He plays a mentally disturbed man in a half-way house who slowly loses even more of his mind.

The White Countess. During WWII he played a blind owner of a Fancy nightclub (White Countess). He was in a delusion that the war was not going on and everything is going well but, in reality it was not.

Is it 'Dead Ringers' where he plays twin doctors, one of which I think is a gynecologist (or maybe both)? I think he's in that one, and I think it's based on a true story. It's an older movie from like the 90's (maybe 80's).
