As someone just noted, thanks to unstable molecules, Reed never has to worry about wedgies. Now, the real question is, does he have stretch marks?

Not many people realize that Reed (Mr. Fantastic) Richards and Ralph (The Elongated Man) Dibney are actually friends. On occasion, when the wives are away on business, they will go off for a weekend together, just hiking, camping and fishing.

During one such hiking trip, they were crossing over a small stream on a bridge, when they felt the need to empty their bladders. So they unlimbered and stretched out over the railing in order to do so.

“That water sure is cold!” Reed remarked.

“Not as deep as I thought it’d be, though,” Ralph replied.

(What, did you think it was going to be some scene out of ‘Brokeback’…? Sue’s the only one that Reed allows to give him wedgies…!)

Sadly, no he doesn't. When they all got their powers, he designed clothes and uniforms for all four of them, all with 'unstable molecules'. That means, that unlike the movie, Sue's clothes would turn invisible, Johnny's clothes wouldn't burn up, and Reeds' clothes would stretch with him.
Of course, if they wore clothes that were untreated, then yes, for Mr. Fantastic it would totally be wedgie-city.
