The type of 'easy watch trash' that is great to watch when you have a hangover!!!! I love American Idol.....I don't have to think at all :)

I do like American Idol, but not for the same reason. I am actually interested in the choices of songs and how the contestants fare each week. For the 'easy watch trash' I put CHEATERS in that bucket. It's the same plot each week; the same pretense and unless the host is getting his butt kicked, you really don't have to look up from the television because you know what's going to happen. I know all the pauses and all the breaks.

My JUNK FOOD TV is Big Brother and Project Runway!!!
I can't wait for both to return!
(Plus, on CBS....the ROCK STAR show is always good...
kinda like AMERICAN IDOL, but with More Talented Rocker Types!!)

The shows I used to watch when I was younger. As soon as I see Full House, Fresh Prince of Bel Air, Family Matters, etc...I'm right there on the couch!

Top Gear or if I'm really "hurt" then Ground Force. There's something about Alan Titchmarsh's dulcet tones that seems to soothe even the worst throbbing head!

It has to be The Jeremy Kyle Show. All he ever does is shout out "scum", "get off my set", and the infamous "we've got the lie detector results". It's quite relaxing to see chavs hanging their dirty linen in public. Makes you realise that your life isn't bad at all.

cartoons....the older ones with bugs and that whole crew is awesome. just chill and watch end up fallin asleep to them.
