All answers to dealing with ourselves and others can be found in the Bible. There are two books, the New and Old Testaments. For now read the much shorter New Testament from beginning to end and you should have the wisdom you seek.

the human race is not evil. over all people are good to each and other or at least to the ones they count as importance in their life.
why do you place all humans in a evil category? break it down to who is evil to you and why. maybe they don't like you and if they don't know you, maybe that one person is just absorbed with other things in their life to notice you.
