yes the 13th constellation through which the planets pass on the ecliptic path is called Ophiuchus, the serpent catcher. as i recall?
and yes it has been wrong since Babylonian times. Also couple that with the fact that since the "system" started, the pole star has changed, so the whole "system" is out of alignment anyway. And also it hasn't taken account for the new exo planets been discovered, and moons around our own solar systems planets. Mumbo jumbo, but believe it if you really want to.

Ophiuchus is the 13th sign, in western astrology it is not used.
