I've never heard of a penis reduction. Probably too tricky, and way to may risks for law suits. The penis is made up of a spongy tissue, you start cutting away at it, and scar tissue is going to form. That could cause your penis to become quite disfigured. There's also the risk of nerve damage. You could end up with no feeling in your penis at all. I highly doubt you'll find any doctor to do it without a valid medical reason... like needing to have it amputated.

Maybe you should get your wife a dildo? Pick one that's a little larger than you. Even a woman of 5' can give birth vaginally. I don't care how big you are. I'd bet its head isn't as big as a baby's. Encourage her to use it regularly. Especially before penetration. The vagina is made up of some VERY elastic tissue. It'll stretch.

Even if you are "well hung", the vagina is fairly elastic and should be able to accommodate you, barring the exceptional.
Having said that there is a possibility that if you have had uncomfortable sex with your wife that she is tense and therefore unable to relax enough to accommodate your size? Are you giving enough fore-play? Is there enough natural lubrication to make it comfortable? Are you waiting until she is ready before entering her?
Also there are various positions which can limit the depth/angle of penetration, which might be more comfortable.
Also does she feel that the only time you get close that you are only after sex? Is she comfortable with you in other ways?
In all, have a gentle talk with her about how you feel and see if you two can't work something out. Perhaps sex that doesn't always involve penetration?
As to a reduction, its possible but chances are there will be scarring and some loss of sensation. See a specialist doctor to get more info.

****As to those idiots who say that if a baby can come out of there - yes it can - but that hurts TOO. Mum of four.

Yes, you can. I remember reading a case a while back where a man had his replaced with either a big toe or a thumb. I honestly can't remember which. No I am not making this up.

Realistically though an online chat forum is not the place to get the best advice. You need to talk with your family doctor. There may be some positions that would be more comfortable for her or perhaps when you aren't fully erect.
I wish you both the best of luck.

I recently did some research on body image for a speech, and i found out about penis enlargments which cost between 11-13 thousand. From my knowlege if surgeons are able to perform enlargments, then i'm certainly sure they are able to reduce ur size. Embrace size, if your wife is quite tight help her to loosen up by using other parts, u can pleasure a women in other ways dont forget. But contact a surgeon or ur local gp becausethey can answer many of your questions.
Goodluck and embrace ur size..coz many would wish 2 be big, i hope u all the best 4 u and ur soul mate

Lucky you..lucky her....I think a reduction is quite a severe procedure to have done but I mean it is your call in the end. I don't know what you are both experiencing so its kinda hard (pardon the pun!!) to comment on it when I haven't lived it.....maybe you should get out there and talk to some medical professionals who can outline the pros and cons for you both, do your research and go from there.....it is a sensitive subject and I hope that you do get the right advice from the right people. Good luck to you!

maybe you can as these days they seem to be able to do all sorts of things i would ask your gp.and one thing there are not many men that would do that you truly are a great guy for having thought for your wife i really wish you all the luck in the world.plus all you that saying can have a baby this is not the same thing at all ,sex and having baby two different things altogether.

Such a procedure does exist, but I think it's pretty drastic and their are risks involved. If it's thinkness and not length that is the problem, I imagine the procedure becomes more complicated.

You may want to alter the kind of sex you are having, so as to decrease the depth of penetration. Missionary position, contrary to popular belief, give the man little control over the depth of penetration as he struggles with the coordination of keeping his body weight from crushing her while maintaining a pleasing rhythm. Doggie-style (forgive my juvinile terms but that is how it's most commonly refered to), despite its reputation for allowing the deepest penetration, allows you more complete control over the depth of entry.

Also, do you have kids? If not, and you plan to, the problem might be alleviated. She may stretch enough during childbirth to accomidate you. If she can get over the conception, that is.

I have never heard of a penile slimming operation, You need to use a lubricant such as KY jelly or Sylk, and make sure that you arouse your wife prior to intercourse. One thing you and your ought to remember is that the vagina will accomadate a babys head let alone your penis.

I was going to make fun of this like the first guy, sorry.I don't know if it is possible but, many things are possible nowadays don't think there is much chance of getting the information on Y A but, good luck anyway. The vagina is elastic enough for a baby to pass through so why not a big penis? It is just a thought.

I doubt the question very much.Vagina adjusts itself. The vaginal surgery can help painless insertion and increasing width.I donot why you are thinking on those lines.Certain positions like womans legs wide apart ,use of lubricants, jelly etc can ensure good sex.
