The above answers are likely incorrect.

Depends if your connection is 128 Kbps or 128 KBps. Most of the time connection speeds are measured in Kbps and 128 Kpbs is commonly an ISDN connection (or this is a common upload speed for DSL or Cable connections), but I don't want to make any assumptions here.

Lowercase b=bits
Uppercase B=Bytes

There are 8 bits in one Byte

3.5 MB = 3,854 Kilo Bytes = 28672 Kilo bits

If your speed is 128Kbps (most likely) then download time is 224 seconds.
If your speed is 128KBps then download time is 28 seconds.

Note, just because you have a 128Kbps connection doesn't necessarily mean that is the exact speed you will always attain.

so,at the rate of 128kbps it will take 28 seconds
