I am from Sheffield and was wondering if there is a specific dress code down there?,anybody got any ideas as to the best clubs to go to?

yep, be prepared to clean out your bank account if you`re going to be doing much clubbing in london!!! & u have to look smart going out, not too many places are gonna let u in the door if you`re wearing jeans & trainers!!! i lived in london a few years back (i`m american) & wanted to sample the london nitelife as much as possible, which actually ended up forcing me to work 2 jobs just so i could support my clubbing habit!!! lol but it was totally worth it, london is the best city in the world & the clubs are amazing!!!

Unforunatly everything in london is more expensive, all the nightclubs are spread over the city. The dress code is quite smart try aura, or funky buddha, If you want trashy and want to see z-list celebrities who think that they are amazing go for china whites..

More expensive? Try 2 or even 3 times as expensive to what you call expensive. 5 Pounds for a beer is cheap.

Night Clubs are a waste of money - period.
When you visit London - take advantage of some good Theatre, Opera, Ballet, or Musical Event.
