killed. it was kind of like a reality show and looked low budget. trying to figure out the title. please help me

i looked at natural born killers and it does not seem to be the same plot line as what i am thinking of and it was an american film.

Was it a Japanese film? Could be Battle Royale. Sounds somewhat close to the plot of that.
