Bob the builder is just a toy. He has nothing to do with politics. He's just there for kids to play with. He can't talk or do anything unless some does it for him. It's the person who decides what to think of him. In what way do you think he promotes communism,?

Communism is a political idea that has it roots in what Bob promotes. It has however nothing to do with politics.

It is like saying the police promote Dunkin' Donuts because they seem to eat so many.

I wouldn't have thought so. He appears to be self employed, which I belive is something Communists aren't too fond of.
