I am using AVG cables to connect my laptop to my LCD TV but when I switch my laptop to my tv I only get a....?

small picture on the center of my tv screen and I do not get anything on my laptop only a background. I want to be able to get a full screen picture on my TV at least. Help Please!

Try adjusting the resolution thru your laptop.

Right click on the desktop, left click properties, left click settings tab. The adjustment is at lower left.

There is no such thing as an "AVG cable". You probably have either a VGA, Svideo, or Component cables. You also probably have the resolution set to something small and your LCD tv is doing 1:1 scaling which will show it at whatever size you picked.
