I have a sneaky feeling Kirk and company wouldn't last long against the onslaught of a star destroyer or the multiple attacks of many Tie Fighters. After all, they had a hard enough time against a couple of Klingon cruisers. (although all of Starfleet might do okay since they sort of held their own against the Borg but I think the Empire as a whole would obliterate them).

Probably Star Wars, unless Lord of the Rings joined in. Then SW and Star Trek would have to join forced. Even then, Gandalf would still smite them all.
