I don't usually answer these things except to complain about the choices. Here B is clearly intended, but I do not see why A does not qualify as well, as it is somewhat difficult to picture an invisible star that we might describe as bright.

B. ' visible to the eye' is repititious, because the eye is the only organ that we can see with. It is like saying, 'her hair is brown in colour.'
However, if the sentence was 'visible to the naked eye', it would be pefectly OK.

B--There is no need to include the words "to the eye," as the word "visible" already describes something that is readily perceived by or apparent to one's eye(s).
