How much time do we have left before scientists hurry up and try to find other forms of life out there? Our universe is very big with approximately 125 million galaxies and a host of millions of planets (light years and light years away). Shouldn't NASA ask God's permission for more time?

Depending on NASA to save humanity is what is going to get humanity killed. There has been plenty of time for civilization and technology to get its act together since the moon landings. But depending on a government bureaucracy like NASA (make no mistake, that is what it is first and formost, inspite of employing many competant scientists) means never having enough time or money.
In any case, people have allowed the "war on terror" to trump all, even their own liberties, never mind the survival of humanity.
There hasn't been enough time to colonize other star systems, though if outer space was opened up to the marketplace and exploited for profit, we would likely have permanent colonies on the Moon by now.
The answer to the problem of asteroid threats is deflection. Asteroids are a very real danger , but nukes, as depicted in the movies will not be effective.

Do not worry my friend. NASA has already found one planet 150 light years away from us. It has water in it so it could posses life. I am also anxious for the Armageddon to come. I always dream of an asteroid colliding with Earth.
Jesus shall land on that planet which is 150 light years away from us which is in the Pegasus constellation. NASA has found our new home. Jesus knows better. Jesus has already seen a good place for himself.

I think most people might be willing stop for a minute and ask Jesus or God for assistance.
Did you want them to send him a Letter, or a Telegram?
Would a Radio Message be acceptable if broadcast over the Local Broadcast Station channel?
Possibly someone could ask from the Pulpit of their local church. Would that get it done?
Maybe you could do it for us, and save the masses of mankind endless toil in working on this massive project without permission.
If you are as interested as you seem to be, could you possibly start asking immediately, tonight, and get the job done? All of us would be so really grateful for your assistance.
As far as Jesus visiting Mars... No I don't think that will happen. God might do that, but not Jesus. They don't have wine on Mars.

it'll be while before we travel beyond our own solar system and even longer before we find a suitable planet to live on. So get comfortable, u r gonna be on planet earth for a long long time(permission from god not)
and is NASA asks god for more time, what do u think will happen???.. u think god will stop global warming and fix mother earth for just for us???
