Have you asked a local carpet and flooring store in your area or the one closest to your area?

Use 1 cup of White Vinegar and mix with 3 Cups of Hotwater and then Mop your floors well. Use a Dry Swiffer clothe to remove any water left... This is what I use on my Wood Floors, and it works well with No wax Build Ups or Dulling look.

How many SF is your floor? If it's a large room or most of the flat, that price (about $1400 US I think) sounds pretty good. The guy above is right--this is really hard work, that takes a certain amount of skill and attention to detail. Screw it up and you'll be wishing you'd spent the money on a pro.

It is not the cleaner, it is the water. You probably have high mineral content in your water. You need to either rinse it with purified water or dry it with a cloth.
