what could be wrong, the right side of my body is swelled up? not the left.?

it started in my knee then my hip and it has gradually moved to my stomach, up my arm and face. this is just the right side not the left. i can barely walk with my right leg. happened all @ once on leg. i put ice and elevated it then the swelling started moving upwards.

Pls get to a dr right away, and because it's the weekend I recommend going to the ER. This could be the start of a stroke.
