I will never go to church again. Unless it is for someones wedding or a funeral. Other than that NEVER. I'll even give you two reasons. When I got divorced the catholic church told me that I was Excommunicated because of the divorce. Then when the EX killed herself all of a sudden I was welcome back. Then I had a brother who died. He was a biker and I put together a run for him and wanted a service at a church. I was actually told by one catholic church since he was not a member of this church they could NOT do the service for him. I offered to pay and even got into somewhat of a debate with the excuse of a priest. Growing up from what I remember I was NOT taught that either of the two existed. I will not go to church anymore. If I need to make amends with God I'll do it in my home.

I did the church thing for several years, the three times a week crap, until I finally realized that hypocrisy is a bigger issue IN the church than anywhere else. The very things that they preach against and condemn society for, runs rampant through the church. Your better off believing what you want to believe and trusting no one but yourself.

Been there, done that-
And sorry,
but my God is all seeing, all knowing-
therefore,
I should not have to go to a place of worship,
I can do that anytime, anywhere-
Further more, I don't feel that I have to repent my sins
to a mortal man, to be granted penance
for things that only God can forgive me for-
I don't believe in that crap-
further more, do you see what kind of flack the
churches are getting these days,,,
they need to let them marry
then maybe they wouldn't be molesting little boys and girls!
THAT is why I do NOT attend church...............................
