Without knowing what happened, how long ago, and what your sister meant to do its hard to know whether to forgive her.
But one thing I do know, as your parents get older, and pass away, the ones you turn to are the ones you grew up with, your family. Unless it was truely unforgivable - and only you would know that - try to communicate with her. Life too short to hold grudges.

yep.. i know it's hard though.
but the forgiveness is not for her... it's for you. It's harder for you to hang onto that hate. Right now, who is feeling crappy?? You because you are mad at her, or her because she is cruddy sister... probably you... right???
So, if you forgive her it's like you let go of your anger... it's not giving her anything, it's getting rid of your baggage.
My cousin slept with my high school/college boyfriend and it took me soooooo long to realize what I just wrote to you.
Also, it says in the Bible, that Jesus cannot forgive your sins until you have forgiven those who have wronged you... so, I'd rather forgive a cruddy sister than not be forgiven for all of the crap that I do!!!
Good luck and God Bless.

This is your sister so forgive her. Everyone had done things to their siblings as kids. Remember forgiveness is not just for your sister. It is for you to move on within yourself.
