The PH of the various segments of the body and organs, will change with the organ, (Ph in stomach reaches acidic Ph as low as 2.0,)
However if your question refers to the cells of our body, the IDEAL Ph is 7.35 to 7.4, all life is possible within this narrow margin of acidic concentration.
The proper answer to your question is that IDEAL intracellular Ph is slightly alkaline..

From all the reading I've done over the past decade, I repeat the same thing. It cannot survive in an alkaline state is the truth to me. Read more about it, because it's not to simply keep it alkaline, it's just one piece of the puzzle to help fight it. The cause can be viral to environmental oxidative stress to chronic inflammation. You and I have 65,000 cancer cells daily. What makes the immune system not be able to keep up with the cancer after a while? Since the year 1930, a conservative report to the Center for Disease Control revealed that over 70 new toxins have been introduced to our water and air. I take antioxidants and eat healthy to do the best I can to prevent cancer. My brother died of it too young. Its a very painful epidemic emotionally for all involved when last resort people start looking for alternative support when they should have been practicing it before it got that bad. My harsh opinion.

Different fluids in the boy has different pH levels.
Too much acid can cause acidosis and if basic, alkalosis.
But since the pH of the blood is around 7.36-7.42, the overall pH of the body might be as well like that.
But do not generalize this because the optimum pH alone in our digestive tract is different. It is from Acidic to Basic.
Thus, we cannot really say what is the optimum pH of the body since different fluids act on different pH levels.

The pH of the body is generally attributed to the working pH of blood or 7.35 which is slightly alkaline. Remember 7 is neutral. In the Intensive Care Units in hospitals it is this number in which they are trying to stablize the blood gases around.
I don't know why so many people got this wrong

Alkaline is the best. There are some alternative theories that say, all types of cancer cannot progress in a body if it is alkaline based. However, cancer thrives in acidic based bodies according to them. They recommend that you should take Coral Calcium to maintain the safer alkaline body makeup. It's expensive but I think worth it. Hope this helps! GL

Your body should be best to be slight acidic or around neutral(for some parts of the body) . ThE bodywash that we use are mostly acidic since sweat is alkaline. A bodywash recommdended by the doctor is around PH5.5 as it cleans mildly.
