No. Pen Drive only appears as storage device, not as system RAM. Besides, it'll be too slow for system RAM.

no it is not possible to use pen drive as a RAM not only for xp but also for any operating system. pen drive is just for instantly loading the files or copying and loading in another system........ Use it in a better way for better efficiency and completion of ur work. RAM is available in the market either DDR, DDR2 that depends upon compatability of ur system.

With Vista you can supplement RAM with up to a 2 gig flash drive, not so with XP

storage, not ram sorry. its 2 completely different things, you can get ram at any local electronic store.
