I just bought a box of shake and bake. I shook it and stuck it in my oven. Its smoking a little bit now. Does anyone know how long I'm supposed to keep it in there? Do I have to turn the box over to heat evenly?

I think after about 3 hours you're supposed to throw some oil on it or something. Then, yeah--you should probably turn it over......Maybe rub the box with butter. Put it back in there for another 5 or so hours....That should give it a nice toasty finish.

Take the box out of the oven right away and find ya a woman to cook for ya . till then stick with mcedees

Sounds good to me ,any ideas on edible underware 4 in box got 2 left dont what happend to the other two i think the cat got in the crockpot while we was gone

You little clueless you! You're supposed to take it out and THEN put it in. It should be called "take it out of the box, put it in a bowl and bake it", dontcha think? that would clarify all the confusion.

Ok sweetie, after the fire department leaves your house I'm sure they'll explain that you're supposed to shake the food in the bag, and then put that in the oven.

funny bunny you are supposed to set the box on fire and then put it in the oven or you can set it on the stove top burner.
