I think after about 3 hours you're supposed to throw some oil on it or something. Then, yeah--you should probably turn it over......Maybe rub the box with butter. Put it back in there for another 5 or so hours....That should give it a nice toasty finish.

Ok sweetie, after the fire department leaves your house I'm sure they'll explain that you're supposed to shake the food in the bag, and then put that in the oven.
