Disagree.
Youth are usually all heart with brains under construction. Enthusiasm and passion is what they're famous for.
And accidents...

The problem with youth or ignorance, is; you don't know, what you don't know".
However, the biggest problem I think that causes what you're talking about, is the glorification of "youth" in our culture, and the degradation of age & experience in general, and maleness and fatherhood in specific. Much of this is a negative by-product of feminism. Men are now almost universally considered to be "defective females". That's why all the little boys supposedly have "attention deficit disorder". Any "maleness" is now considered a disorder.
Anyway, here's an example of what I'm talking about:
Virtually every sitcom plot on TV, has the guy (usually the father in family sitcoms, or ALL the guys in a show like Friends) doing something stupid at the start of the episode (1st ACT), which causes this "big problem" in the middle part (2nd ACT), with the resolution at the end (3rd ACT) being that he accepts that the woman, and/or the kids were right all the time, and if he wasn't such a moron, he would have realized that in Act one and done what they said, and none of this bad stuff would have happened.
I'm not kidding, think of this, and watch ANY sitcom, period.
This kind of thing has a subconsious effect on the population, and I think you can see that in the arrogant, self-righteous know-it-all attitude of most young people today.

What makes you think there is no heart in the youths' opinion?
It is only the youth that are left with a heart and stomach for anything. With age, not just the arteries, even the heart hardens into an uncaring, selfish, stubborn and incorrigible nut.
Just in case you think this is another youthful opinion - I am a 42 yr old man.

we live in a world of distraction, not even distraction, a world of freedom. a young person will say what theyve got to say and ove on with life. no heart is really needed because they dont really need it, im previous generations, things were alot more serious, but today's world is much more relaxed, if you were young right now, youd be just like us
