So many websites quote the report yet I have been unsuccessful in finding it online. Any help would be much appreciated folks.

NO. I would like the FEMA REPORT not the excuse of a commissions "findings", those people can't even find half the states on the map! I want to read the Federal Emergency Management Administration's report on their findings regarding 9/11/2001. Why is this so difficult to find, this is the single most import piece of "official" details regarding 9/11/2001.

There is not an official FEMA report online that I could find, but if you can put up with all the conspiracy crap you can find portions of it on their sites. Unfortunately it come with all their B.S. too.
