Yes. Let me guess, you want to make the next big MMORPG, heard C and Objective C as possible programming languages, and want to know if it is a good choice?
Seriously, start small. Everyone wants to make MMORPGs. How many good ones can you count on your fingers?

Is it possible? Yes.
Is it a good way? Probably not. Many of the interfaces for commonly used API's for game development, such as DirectX, are much easier and cleaner to use from a newer, more actively developed language like C# or even C++.

Yes it is possible, but no it would be a bad choice, doing anything of interest in C is just slightly better than doing it in Assembly and Obj C is just so orphanated you should not consider using it.
