Pay them off, or produce evidence that will hold up in a court of law proving you do not owe them/have paid them or that you are beild charged for services that you did not buy or that where charged to you after you canceled.
AOL sucks bigtime. Good luck with your endavours with them.

UK only. If it's a DIRECT DEBIT (ie AOL have your bank account details), then the bank must take your instructions to stop, you should also notify AOL. If the bank doesn't stop they are liable to pay back money. If you have given AOL your CARD number (debit or credit) then you have to get AOL to stop charging you. Even a change of card won't help.
