This is what my gf claims, and additionally suffers from cervical pain during periods. So, is this true? and what causes cervical pain during periods, is it body proportion, etc?

It is the uterus pushing away the lining. It does not mean that there will be increased pain during child birth. You are going to get pain no matter what.

One can have cervical pain during their period and when this happens it can be because of the uterus trying to push out the lining that was not needed that month since no pregnancy occurred.

I would also double check with your dr to be on the safe side.
