Okay - well I didn't know this one so I had to look in wikipedia. One enzyme activity unit (1 U) is the same as 1 micromol/min.

So...

50 micromol in 25 min is the same as
10 micromol in 5 min is the same as
2 micromol in 1 min

So activity of the enzyme is 2.0 U
