hehe, YES! It is .. depending on what part of HB you are in. If you are not from CA. then you need to know that not all parts of most cities are 'incorporated', meaning, some parts still belong to the County and not the city. Are you confused yet? Just wait for the next earthquake if you think THAT WAS BAD! lol As far as schools go, you never give a clue what you're talkin about, so I am gonna guess ELEMENTARY. let your parents choose for ya.

well....HB is in Orange County. There are many many schools in Orange Co., it's a big county. And there are many different schools, public, private liberal arts, christian & other religious schools. Why, are you moving here?
