Presumably you are using a spreadsheet. Set up 4 more columns labeled 2000 2001 2000 2001.
in the top left row of this new range enter =b2/100 (or the equivalent reference). Copy the formula across and down using the fill feature. Format the new range to display %. It looks like you are using 2 decimal places. You may want to add a spacing column and a copy of the bank name column as well for a more understandable display..
