Kodak software used to have a function like that. Go check out the website and see if it is still available. I know adobe photo shop has that option, but it takes a lot of tinkering and the software isnt free. Good luck

Adobe Photoshop is your buddy! as quickly as you have your photograph in digital form (scanned or whatnot) open up the photograph in Photoshop. Make a sparkling layer and using the comb device, hint the outlines. Then delete the unique photograph and voila, the outlines. Sorta like digital tracing paper.

Yes you can do it with photoshop any version especially CS2 and you can download a trail version from http://www.adobe.com
